We had a great time at the Carlu with The Wedding Co. show. Where else could you try foie gras filled macaroons (Daniel et Daniel) or sample beautiful cookies that looks too good to eat?

DIY Bridal Shower – Cupcake flags template

Download our DIY template for these cute cupcake flags/toppers to adorn your bridal shower or wedding sweet table.

Our template also comes with thank you tags and posters to make your bridal shower complete. Simply print the cupcake flags (preferably on card stock) and cut, then adhere to toothpicks using tape plus double sided tape or white (non-toxic) glue. You can get a circle cutter at most craft stores that will make cutting these a breeze, but here we’ve cut by hand just to show you they can still be done without the fancy tools.

WedLuxe Wedding Show – Review & Highlights

I was blown away by the inaugural WedLuxe wedding show at the Ritz-Carlton. It’s decadently good. Waiters walk around serving “Tickled Pink” sparkling lemonade and yummy sliders while guests check out amazing displays from Toronto’s top vendors. When you are ready for a break, why not head to the Love In Spade Tea Room for high tea to re-energize yourself and compare notes? After finishing up on second floor, we headed upstairs where lounges were set up just for ladies and just for men. Ladies got to fill their loot bags with their choice of stationary, sweet treat and beauty samples, as well as a chance to get a mini-manicure, hair trial, makeover or a skin consultation. All in all, it is a fantastic way to spend an afternoon at the Ritz.

Ooooh we are so excited that Toronto has so many great wedding shows to offer! We are just back-to-back at shows over the next few weeks.

We will be attending The Wedding Co‘s 3-day show at the Carlu. Can’t wait to check out the new magazine that Catherine Lash and her team have put together. Ancaster Wedding Show Review

Had a fun time at the Ancaster Wedding Show last weekend. It’s a great one-day event for brides – most of the vendors serviced everywhere from London to Toronto, but if you happen to have a wedding west of GTA and want to find local vendors closer to home, this is a great place to start.
